Oral presentation represents an effective and valuable means for authors to present their research results. It offers an opportunity of presenting the authors research to interested attendees. Therefore, it is important that your presentation should cover the KEY POINTS of your paper, which include but not limited to background, methods, results and conclusion. Presenters may provide their own laptops. However, a laptop will also be available in the oral session rooms. Presenters are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the start of their sessions and upload any files to the provided laptops if they do not plan on using their personal equipment.
Invited presentations are allocated 30 minutes. Presenters are advised to prepare a 25 minute talk and allocate 5 minutes for questions. Contributed presentations are allocated 15 minutes. Presenters are advised to prepare a 12 minute talk and allocate 3 minutes for questions.
Poster session represents an effective and valuable means for authors to present their research results. It offers an opportunity of meeting with interested attendees for in-depth scientific and technical discussions, and establishing new collaborations. Therefore, it is important that you display your results clearly to attract people who have an interest in your team’s research work.
Your poster should cover the KEY POINTS of your paper, which include but not limited to background, methods, results and conclusion. Make your poster as self-explanatory as possible. This will save your time for discussions and questions with fellow researchers.

The Poster Area of the IEEE-Nano 2014 conference is in the Cloister Area and in the Corridor in front of the room Magna.
Please note that your poster should be prepared well in advance. There will be no time or materials available for last minute preparations at the conference. Pushpins will be provided to attach your posters to the boards. Your poster must be posted before your poster session starts. We recommend that you use the break between sessions prior to your poster session to pin up your poster.
