Paper submission and Acceptance Criteria

Prospective authors must submit electronically their preliminary manuscripts with 2, and up to 4, pages, including diagrams, figures, or charts by March 25, 2015 through the Conference account.

Preliminary manuscripts are reviewed considering:

• Quality of content
• Importance for theory or practice
• Originality and level of innovativeness
• Thematic relevance for the "Call of Papers"
• Quality of the presentation

Authors must submit electronically their final papers (after acceptance of the preliminary manuscript) with 4 pages, including diagrams, figures by June 15, 2015 through the Conference account.

IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDFs

Prior to submitting their final papers, authors must visit the conference's PDF eXpress site (link) to either:

• convert their papers from their source application formats to Xplore-compatible PDFs, or
• check existing PDFs to determine if they are Xplore-compatible (and how to fix the PDFs if they are not)
